The Westerville Industry Commerce Corporation (WICC) is removing time limitations for the Uptown Façade Improvement Program, allowing applicants to apply throughout the year. 

The program encourages property owners and tenants of commercial structures in Uptown Westerville to make significant, high-quality building restorations and renovations that will contribute to the character of Uptown by helping to offset the costs of such projects.

WICC will provide matching grants to approved applicants for up to 50 percent of the total eligible project costs (not to exceed $30,000 of grant.)

Applicants must be up to date on all municipal taxes, utility bills, City Codes and property maintenance relating to the business and/or building prior to participation in the program.

Applications are encouraged to meet with City staff before they submit.
