In 2019, the City of Westerville and the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce partnered to form the Westerville WorkWISE Collective to study our community's workforce needs and strategies to address those needs. The WorkWISE Collective continues to convene on a bimonthly basis to make progress toward goals and enhance Westerville's talent ecosystem.
One of the outcomes from the Westerville WorkWISE Collective's efforts has been the collection of workforce resources in the region/state. The Collective met with many of these partners to understand the services they provide and the best way to access their services. We categorized the workforce resources for quicker access below:
