For almost 200 years, Uptown has been the heart, soul and identity of the City of Westerville. Today, Uptown Westerville is home to many of the city’s historic structures, City Hall and much of the city government, the public library, numerous local businesses and institutions, and many cherished community events. It represents much of what is special and authentic about the City of Westerville. 

Uptown is one of the best preserved and most prosperous historic town centers in central Ohio. Uptown’s blend of historic built environment, engaging and appealing streetscape, and bustling shops, boutiques, and restaurants are all features other cities are now striving to achieve.
