South State Street encompasses 253 acres and has been planned as three sub-districts. The City of Westerville is nearly complete with the final phase of streetscape improvements as $12.7 million in new investments are made at State Street and Schrock Road. The value of commercial properties has increased more than $50 million since the improvements commenced.
