Westerville's Department of Administrative Services was presented an award from GovInvest during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 20. GovInvest is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for government agencies that awards the annual Trailblazer Award to public sector agencies and leaders that leverage real-time data to streamline employee labor management, compensation analysis and benefit cost evaluation.
