About Us: WARM offers food assistance and supportive coaching for residents in the Westerville School District (encompassing all or part of 43081, 43082, 43229. 43231, 43230).  We also provide a robust employment assistance/readiness initiative that helps the unemployed or underemployed throughout the northeast quadrant of Franklin County.  We do this with compassionate, short-term assistance, and educational services to encourage individuals to achieve a self-sufficient move towards prosperity.  Many participants are in turn helping organizations address their workforce demands.
